Session Includes:

• 30 Minute Session (Phone, FaceTime, or Zoom Link)
• Email check-in beforehand to identify your needs
• The session can address physical tension and pain and mental and emotional stresses
• After the session, there’s either a brief discussion or an email exchange of any intuitive insights I may have had during the session, which can be shared
• Recommendations
• Questions can be addressed

On the day of the scheduled session via FaceTime, treatment begins with a discussion of your concerns and addressing any questions. You then lie down on your own bed or sofa, fully clothed, while I guide you through a breathing technique to relax your body. I will start to assess and clear chakras and auric fields on my end. You may feel a sense of warmth, deep sleep, floating, colors, or oneness – or you might not, but it doesn’t mean you are not receiving the reiki energy. Once treatment is completed, we discuss your chakras, intuitive messages that come through & post-treatment care.

What is Reiki and how does it work?
Reiki is a type of energy healing that reduces stress on the nervous system. By connecting to universal life force energy (spiritual energy), a Reiki practitioner acts as a conduit for healing energy to flow to the recipient using the power of their intention to direct energy.

Can Reiki help my ____?
Whatever you or someone you know is ready to heal, Reiki works to speed healing on the physical, mental, and emotional levels. Reiki can also help increase mindfulness, intuition, and goal setting, among other things.

What if I can’t make a session?
To avoid losing the session, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy.  

Can I contact Lisa in between our sessions?
Yes! You will have unlimited email support with me during the work- week (Mon.-Fri), and I will respond within 48 hours or less.
