Arugula Mayonnaise

May 17, 2022

I found this Arugula mayonnaise recipe on the “chef-menus.com” website when creating a menu for my daughter’s baby shower. I served it on smoked turkey tea sandwiches and it transformed the sandwich into something spectacular! The combination of spicy arugula, sweet shallots, parsley, and zing of lemon zest elevated this simple turkey finger sandwich to the next level. My version uses Vegenaise which tastes like regular mayonnaise and is egg free so it doesn’t upset my tummy.

If you want to try something new at your next event or elevate your daily sandwich, this arugula mayo can transform the plainest sandwich into the most delicious one.

Tip: Regular mayo can be substituted for the Vegenaise.
