Ingredients:
1. | 1 cup hot water |
2. | ½ to 1 TBSP grated fresh ginger |
3. | Juice of 1 large lemon or 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice |
4. | Pinch of tumeric (1/4 tsp) |
5. | Honey to taste (2 tsp or more) |
Directions:
Step One.
In a saucepan or kettle, bring water to a boil.
Step Two.
Stir in grated ginger, lemon, tumeric, honey.
Step Three.
Turn off heat and remove pot from burner.
Cover pot and let steep for 10 minutes.
Step Four.
Place small strainer over mug and pour tea into mug. Enjoy!
