Fish are the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids and wild caught salmon is one of the best! Add some zest with this tangy glaze and sprinkle with sesame seeds and you’ve got a taste sensation with a crunch! It’s my new goto as it’s easy to prepare and even faster to cook.
Tip: Omega 3’s are important for heart health, as well as brain and eye health. At least two servings of fish a week is a good way to get those omega 3’s into your diet.
