Glazed Sesame Salmon is an ideal healthy, spring dish offering a light yet flavorful meal.
Tender salmon fillets coated in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and sriracha-baked until caramelized and slightly crispy, revealing a moist, flaky interior—sprinkled with nutty sesame seeds to elevate the savory, sweet, and umami flavor profile. Ready in under 30 minutes, this dish is a go-to staple for hectic weeknights.
This Asian-inspired roasted salmon with sesame glaze tastes amazing and is a delicious way to serve salmon. Recipe pairs well with cilantro lime rice, steamed broccoli, asian slaw or easy stir-fry veggies.
Tip: Salmon is high in protein, omega 3’s, vitamins, minerals ad other essential nutrients. I recommend adults aim for 2-3 servings (8-12 ounces total) of salmon a week to maximize heart and brain health while managing mercury exposure.
