Green Smoothie That Actually Tastes good

This smoothie is packed with all sorts of beneficial vitamins and nutrients your body will love! The majority of the ingredients, greens, are excellent for restoring energy, increasing vitality, and helping you feel clean and light. This nutrient-dense smoothie is low in calories, easy to digest, and very alkalizing, which helps the body maintain a proper pH balance in the body. 

Tip: Although this smoothie can last for a couple of days, we advise consuming it in one day for best taste results.

Ingredients:

1.1 cup coconut water (or just water)
2.1/2 cucumber
3.1 Swiss Chard leaf; or handful of spinach
4.2 romaine leaves
5.Handful of sunflower sprouts
6.Handful of chopped parsley
7.1 apple
8.Handful of ice

Directions:

Gather Ingredients.

Combine in a Blender.

Blend all ingredients in a blender. (Add more cold water to thin out)

Notes:

Makes around 32 fluid ounces.
